Yet many organisations still struggle to answer a basic question: how ready are we, really?<\/p>\n<p>That uncertainty is what prompted us to create a simple AI readiness benchmark for publishers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why this matters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim is to create a clearer, industry-wide picture of how publishers are approaching AI across strategy, technology, operations and culture.<\/p>\n<p>To simplify data collection, we built a short five-minute diagnostic using vibe coding and a lot of hands-on experimentation. Each participant receives a simple personalised snapshot of their own responses.
